Bike storage rack – There are many types of storage racks designed for garage use. Racks can be used as shelving, garden tool hangers or for storing larger items, such as ladders and bicycles. Then use brackets and a screw gun to install any type of rack storage system. Most storage racks have pre-drilled slots, which are located at specific points to correspond with a separation of 16 or 24 inches between the wall studs.
Determine where in the garage the frame will be hung. Make sure the frame will not be in the way of parked doors or vehicles or in a location that does not allow you to maneuver around the moving garage. Locate the studs on the wall using a stud finder if the wall is covered with drywall material. And then mark the locations of the studs that will be used to hang the shelf.
